What I meant was that you have not heard about Nortel's optical slowing from me. Perhaps some of the articles I have posted may have predicted that, but I don't recall ever saying that to be true (as I have many doubts as to how reliable the figures are even though I think they are good rough indications.) At any rate, I believe the market is looking to the future, and as you yourself said, (at least in reference to the optical switching market but I think it holds for most markets, perhaps even all phenomena...<g>) "As for the future, only time will tell.".....
