You sound pretty paranoid dude, but thats OK. Yes I do believe we have dominion over the condition of our fellow creatures on the planet and that includes our fellow human creatures. Whether you believe we were granted this role by a higher power, or not, is of no consequence. What is, is the simple observable fact that we are able to exert control and influence over the well being, or harm, coming to other creatures and that includes human creatures....simple fact, really. The attitude that we have no responsibility towards one another is negligent. Have peace...or not. brees
