I resemble those stanzas. I've finally got Linux installed on my good ol' P166 (the battle was getting the network card operational). Next up is to install ImageMagick with PerlMagick -- then the fun begins. But first I needed to open up some telnet access from the outside world (so my brother or other capable posix whizzes can assist me from the comfort of their own homes). Since this is a machine on my internal network, I have to be able to forward the telnet port (23) requests from the outside to that P166. Thus, the justification for buying more new technology:
