...the beauty of the approach being, it's essentially a zero-risk investment. After all, it's securitized by your own <blank>ing home. Gimme 6.8% ROI aka my mtg rate and Ill sign any time of the day (the last 10 months).

The alternative of course is to take a second mortgage (say at 11%) and hunt the Wall Street rabbit (momentarily yielding a negative ROI since 1.1). For the right to lose money on the street, you need to keep (every ffing 1st of the month) your monthly mtg payments. Otherwise they'll (who's they? ML? or is it SML? who cares) forclose you. You and your family and portfolio. And your cat.

Must be fun. But I guess Im getting too old for that (g).
