<how come Clinton didnt nail the CIA guy that was spying on Russia for so long? > The guy was an FBI guy, not a CIA guy. He started spying in 1985, while Reagan was president. The most significant damage from his spying was done during the Reagan and Bush years, when, among other damage, two US agents in the Soviet Union were executed as a direct result of his treachery. The investigation of this guy started during Clinton's presidency, and all the work that resulted in his exposure was completed before Bush took over. All that happened now was the actual arrest. Please, get your facts straight before accusing people of being criminals.
