Appreciate your comments on the short scenario (I lack knowledge in that area, wife says I`m just plain lacking,ha,ha.) Since your around today, perhaps you might be able to comment or speculate on the leased property aspect. Trying to advance my skills in due diligence performance it bothers me that I don`t know what`s in it for the lease holders. What would be a possibility? something like a net profits as in gold. When you start talking about the possibility of billion+ mines, it could add up to a lot of money. Can you offer anything that might give me an indication of what kind of agreement might be in place. I can`t seem to find anything on that, which is unusual,imo.
