Let's have the SCOTUS examine whether this is a frivilous lawsuit which calls for damages to be imposed on the plaintiff.

Interesting that you should bring this up. If it was solely a matter of Democrats seeking publicity, how come the entire congress passed a law to close the loophole that DeLay was taking advantage of?
