I am here to represent the Honorable JXM in this proceeding. The charges leveled against him are most unfair, and do not take into account the heinous nature of the crime or the general rise in related criminality on the D&B thread. Ms. Foxy claims to have said the "simple words" BS <initials used to avoid offense to the eardrums> and as a consequence to have been sent off to Siberia or some such frozen tundra. One must understand that the words BS conjure up in the minds of individuals of good taste unspeakable eardrum brutality of a most debilitating nature. They are known in some cases to have caused voluntary deafness and are even suspected to have caused outbreaks of grand mal seizure activity, off key shower singing, and even the purchase of Andy Gibb and Bee Gees recordings among the most afflicted. Some victims of this awful medical condition begin to express admiration for BS in everyday conversation, and even claim that BS is good looking. Leading eye researchers have therefore concluded that the mere mention of BS can cause not only deafness, but also blindness and mental illness. In short, this offense, far from being harmless, must be treated with the utmost seriousness. Two other recent offenders were shunned promptly after similar offenses, and one was shunned a second time after breaking into a BS song in an unprovoked moment of lunacy. Such behavior cannot be tolerated if standards of public decency are to be upheld and observed. As a final note, the banishment to a frozen tundra should hardly be considered an unfair penalty for someone who chooses to live in Wisconsin. On behalf of the venerable JXM, I plead with this Court to uphold the just and appropriate shunning that has been meted out in this case. Thank you for your support!
