I'm playing it like that 10:30 spike was a quick stop-run. No way can the DJII go down a hundred points and right back in twenty minutes based on anything other than Floor shenanigans. "They" didn't trap many new shorts down there because it wasn't even enough time to react, pick up the phone, and place a trade. Look for a lot of "dodged a bullet" stuff on the evening news tonite. I'm still holding my March 47 QQQ puts and fully expect them to be worth 5 or 6 by expiration.

(edit @ 13:25: just saw the DJII drop 20 points in a minute. this is like watching a car starting to skid on the ice. the swings are gonna get worse and worse until, you know...)

i don't think so...it is possible that we get a one to two day bounce, but if we do i expect another downturn to begin next week. there hasn't been the selling crescendo i would like to see to be confident of a low being put in.
