"Admit" is also a powerful word, just like "but",
both in general boosting the propaganda index.

Luckily the article didn't include quoted opinions by some
"randomly" picked people from the streets of Paris,
carfully selected for a diverse gender, economical and
social background to enhance the propaganda, kind of
make it more believable.

If anyone can tell me how WAP on GPRS will boost the
_connection_ delay compared to regular GSM data, I would
be very happy.

That is, if it once again isn't a question of running
WAP on SMS messages, average speed 120bps.
