ZEEV, I agree: rally will be sold today.I listened to Bush just now: Not good.He is a good man.He tried.But Nation is not solidly behind him. My take of what he said is that the tax cut is iffy.Some Republicans have questions. He'll go around the Nation to " persuade Americans ". That takes time. Market wants results now.They don't like to be kept waiting. He said he'll have a " tighter budget " . So we are not going to get spending on Drug plans etc.Health inflation continues. My take is the Congress ( most of them ) is oblivious to the Market ). They couldn't care less. He said he will not give Businesses any tax cuts. Cuts are just for people. So business is not going to get any help there.Back to the drawing board: higher wages.No stock options. Vouchers to workers for Healthcare. All nasty stuff. On the other hand Bush is going to fight it ( Congress ) ( I think he is a fighter ). Result: Prolonged fighting---> stalemate. Result: Market drifts towards path of least resistance: Down, The whale is getting ready to roll, my 2c, TA
