Ted, I gotta tell ya - I'm extremely happy to be 'rebuilding' my funds right now. I would be in a much worse mood if I had substantial $$ in the market.

But my base position has never changed. On this and the mod thread, I warned people of buying heavily in February. Particularly this year. It would have traded sideways, at best.

I will try to play the Fed game, for some short term gains. If I miss it, and the NAZ shoots up more than 15%, I will short it. Nothing substantial can happen in the next few months to change the tone of the market, IMO. People are very content being cash. $50K in my savings account today will be $50K tomorrow. It might be $40K in the market. That's the tone of most of my friends. They've lost enough in the last 8-10 months.
