OK just for the record, products up 4.1 mb. Maybe no imports included? So what happens next week when imports get added in to what the refiners did this week? www2.marketwatch.com Anybody been noticing the trend in distillates lately? Ooops.

Fog rumored the product of frantic boondoggler bulls dumping load of dry ice in lg fishing boat, then running it back and forth across the main shipping channel(g) At this point trends are hard down, period. Am not even going to sweat the details. Worse thing anyone can do in a Bear Market is to be an early bull! A whole host of inexperienced players are going to be completely wiped out. We've already seen it in tech. But we'll see some of the same with the - FA only - margin players here. But it will take a while. This one looks like an old fashioned grinder to me. Lots of false, but convincing rallies on the way down. No quick 87' cleanout or moderate 1990 bear. Looks more like an 81-2 or 73-4 head banger to me, lol. Glanced at the 73-4 chart the other day and there were a couple of tradable rallies but you had to use stops to get the heck out as soon as they started to roll over. Many pieces need to fall into place before this risk averse, wary ole critter starts putting serious money into anything apart from a few special situations. First 2 are a return to insider buying and a high %age of bearish sentiment in the AAII and Investor's Intelligence surveys. Am not even going to sweat the rest of the details until there's major improvement there. For those of us whose risk profile doesn't include short selling or a lot of ST work, during minor rallies, this is an opportunity for some extra quality in the real world. *OT* Big weekend. #1 son (H.S. Soph) made the H.S. 4 by 400 relay team that's scheduled to run in a big regional indoor meet at OSU day after tomorrow. March is Olympic development soccer, at the state level, for both #1 and #2 sons. Basically an All State team for each age group. It's an honor just to be there. Some truly exciting and gifted players from what I've seen. Really like watching young pros. A few of them will certainly be professional players. But that's as much in God's hands as the players themselves... Best Iso
