According to the Feb 21 news below they now own 12.07 million shares of FTUT. FTUT just hit $2.5 and is up on a bad day.

Doesn't take a Rocket Sci. to do this math.

12.07 million shares multiplied by FTUT's price of $2.5 multiplied by a US exchange rate of 1.50 = $47 million CDN.

CPT has 13 million shares outstanding which means their holdings in FTUT are worth $3.60 a share. Of course the market will put a discount on this holding but normally these discounts are in the 25-60% range which still puts the holding at $2.00 in the worse case.

However this number does not take into account the value of their other two subsidiaries (IRIX and CIBT). Both of these subs. have been growing revenues at greater than 50%/year for several years and both are profitable.

According to the news last week SEG is currently in negotiation for a deal to provide Direct Access Trading to investors around the world. Their last news release said negotiation will be done soon. Hopefully this will be the push this stock needs to start the train.
