Was it Liberty Media that AT&T would spinning out? Any thoughts on this? I can't believe AT&T threw so much money at things like @Home, NTOP etc. In retrospect, they did need to get involved in the new technology, but such a price they paid.

Merrill has got it buy/buy with a target of $20. Possibly exposed to advertising slow down. Newscorp/Hughes deal impact?

FWIW- I am with you on Malone and so I invested in two companies that he made investments in at much higher levels- IATV and UCOMA.
