Hi John - yes, CA had pretty lousy projection alright. And the economic boom across the country didn't help. However, my comment was a general one across the whole country. The ng folks said they have a delivery problem <vbg>. While it is hard to prove, the way the power ops either mothball the plant or take some out of svs at a regular interval is like passing current in one's hypothalamus. One has this strangely paranoid feeling but one simply can't finger it <VBG> best, Bosco
