I hear he drives an Ugly ass arnage..they are like maybe 200K LETTER dated 8/6/02 from Gerald Lefcourt, Esq. to Hon. Raymond Dearie informing the Court that counsel expects to make a formal application for release of funds for attorney's fees and living expenses. Mr. Lefcourt also notes that since Mr. Elgindy's Ferrari is not a named deft in the Amended Civil Forfeiture Complaint, Mrs. Elgindy is free to sell it.
