Ray, the Fed has held and has scheduled many meetings this year and MOST were under 'expedited procedures'. So I don't know if it means much any more. federalreserve.gov

Raymond, The thing I found interesting about the meeting was that the mrkt jumped up the next am and then wilted as the day went on, as I recall. I thought it was interesting to see the mrkt reaction to a possible interim cut. Ed
