What can I say, this is a tough crowd. I remember reading your post, thinking to myself. Interesting, I'm see some of the same things, but perhaps because I'm not used to seeing your prior work, I didn't give it the weight it might have deserved. I can say that I do put weight in what Mr. Hed, says or LG or Les here and I've switched to other threads to read what Donald Sew or Patterson have to say, because in my past dealings these individuals have a clear and compelling track record. I would love, over time, to see you join that crowd in my eyes. By the way, there are many people on SI who I think would love to find out if we could get SI to sponsor some on-line technical symposium, a moderated but free for all conference on TA and the techniques used by our mentors. Is this of interest to others, if so, let me know via Private message and I'll keep a tally and try to move on it with SI. Thanks, Bill
