Cooters: If anything, anything at all, happens in Europe to move the Qualcomm's money intake from zero, which it is now, to a positive cash flow, cheers are in order.

In the long run, UMTS will be a source of money.

In the shorter run, 1xEV may be.

But if zero is the net, nothing lost.

There is only an upside, no downside.

And outside Europe, there are major opportunities for the Q.
