Don't hold your breath, especially if commercial W-CDMA doesn't show up until 2003.

Remember the Marshall Plan after WW II? the smartest thing we did was to help rebuild the enemy, and we ALL benefited from that. Take whatever energy created by the decision and make it into a win-win, and we will profit more, so will they. That's the way to create value
