Jay-- Actually the tiny div is only there to allow some institutions that have such a requirement in their charter to buy and as a tradition. Those $$ would be better used going into the planned purchasing of companies, R&D, and other company investments. I'd not count on that 10% put prem and certainly not 20% when Jack leaves.. Actually I hope many do count on such and load up on the short side. There is rarely enough shares short to keep a serious long happy,,,,,,,
