Every one of these rallies is another bull market top. You could call their evolution over time, "declining tops". This is the buried intent of the six count consolidation. It represents the local psychological evolution which is normally characterized by Elliot's five count under ever diminishing amplitude. At the bottom the last top occurs and an entire bullish 5 count remnant takes place in five minutes. Thus the bottom is the final top, and vice versa.
