Its your $$$.. Thanks to tinytina.... "1. VALH is in default on the credit facility 2. The lender has waived the consequences of being in default (i.e. they are not calling the loan) 3. All based on a good faith agreement by both parties to reset the covenants in such a way that they are achievable 4. Management has faith that an agreemnt will be reached with the lender 5. But the auditor has a responsibility to point out that a) no agreement has been reached yet b) the default still exists and hasn't been cured (fixed) c) that means that there is "substantial doubt" that VALH can continue as a "going concern."
