I'm afraid not. Here's why: Dotcoms are dying fast and that's really putting a strain on all techs such as box and server makers, communications, and storages. SUNW warned. EMC warned. JNPR warned. Many other techs warned. Any rallies from now on will get shorted fiercely. So in the end it was the dotcoms that fueled the bubble. It's going to be ugly as house of cards are unraveling bit by bit.
