Surely though some of the estimated cash flow from a quicker wcdma rollout was factored in and is possibly why the market awarded qcom a fairly high PE. My point is now that it appears a wcdma implementation is going to be delayed for 2 years, this future revenue source must be discounted further.

samim ---all the more reason to get a true CDMA 2000 up and running in Korea that would be the first to offer true 3G ( 2MEG DATA )services . It would seem to be a natural investment for the "Q" to push CDMA2000 and force the telecom"s to either switch to it ( due to cost,Quality ) or provide the alterative W-CDMA -either way the "Q" wins.
