Ike, Well, Americans don't like to admit that we ever lost a war. But when you can't sail your ships because the British navy has them blockaded and your capital city is burned to the ground and an invasion of Canada was a total disaster, you have to reassess. America did have some notable victories, but the most important, New Orleans, came after the war was officially over. I guess Andy Jackson forgot to check his Email that morning. <VBG> I don't think Vietnam was a dead heat, either, though Kevin Kline nearly convinced me in "A Fish Called Wanda."
