Although you may be right about the tax cut, I think you could be wrong. I don't think the current economy is nearly as bad as other times when tax cuts worked to stimulate the economy, and I am not sure that a tax cut would have the same stimulative effect. Also, I think I am correct that the Reagan and Kennedy tax cuts were much larger on percentage basis. It may be that if the cut is not large enough, it won't stimulate the economy and it will add to the deficit, giving the worst result possible.

Well, obviously you must be too young to know that the marginal tax rate was 70% for high earners back in the early seventies. But then, you are quick to closed mindedly just blame all problems on democrats and all give credit to all solutions to republicans. Ah, it is such an easy state of mind to be blindly stupid
