R2,

Totally agree. He needs to put some "risk" into his investment.

Still, he has a very large stake already, so its not like the 1/2 million shares are just a stand alone token.

BTW, I might be late (but I'm a chicken short) but OPWV is starting to look pretty ripe. I think I'll short a bit. Anyone have a reason I shouldn't do this?

Hi Ron and all....does anyone have an idea how ML and MSDW have viewed the stock and what ratings they have on INSP now....I thought I saw that ML had downgraded it in Jan...but wondered if that were true...MSDW handled the merger for INSP and ML for GNET.... Now I wonder what "handled the merger" actually means....if either of these houses thought there might be something wrong, would they have approved it? If they thought everything was great, wouldn't they think this was a good buy? Any thoughts on this???

And yes Ron, even if I don't know a lot about stocks....it is very apparant that 500,000 shares (about $2million at this price) is like a drop in the bucket compared to what could be purchased..... heck, most of us have more than some of the new officers ....(see Yahoo site on INSP insiders from yesterday)
