Yes they do - white thongs are the only acceptable white shoe, but then they get dirty.

They make your feet look bigger. They really do!! You could have geshia feet and in white shoes, they'd look like a tramp streamer. PB

...and THAT's the truth!! But I have no choice....sadly enough.....the black ones of this type look even worse....And Carolyn....you are so right....one never wore white shoes and purse before Memorial Day or after Labor Day....and in those years, we didn't wear pink and red together, nor blue and green (I did though, always liked that combo), nor dots and squares....MAN....does that seem like a LONG time ago....now, guess we are lucky that some of the people are wearing anything at all, from the looks of some of the pictures we see.... (aka some of the Grammy pics and costumes)...
