I think we will see some downside guidance at some point this year...

In my mind this is a given. And China is not stupid, in this kind of climate she will extract an awful lot of pain (lowered royalties, whatever) before writing any major checks. The LU $6.5B financing deal isn't going to help anyone; whether it's on the SP end or the vendor end, it's just more debt on an already overly-indebted industry. The best way to play that is to short whoever offered LU the credit...
