Morning Dalin,

Having lurked on the G&K thread since I don't have time to contribute, one thing that has come up recently is that Geoff Moore himself is advocating being in cash right now. That has created a bit of a discussion there as of late.

My feeling is that our favorite gorillas will ALWAYS have a higher valuations in a BULL market. I don't think that is necessarily true in a BEAR market. Look at what our high flying Gorillas have done. I don't mean the Dot Bombs, but NTAP, QCOM, CSCO, MSFT, and the rest. With their higher valuations they are priced to perfection and my contention is that they can only retain those lofty valuations in a BULL market. Any perceived disappointment real or otherwise and they take a bigger hit due to those unrealistic valuations.

Ramblin' Back atcha<g>,
