It is ES H1 (one) not I, in case you made that mistake. I cannot tell from the typeset on the post.

I can get stocks just fine. However, how does one change the scale on the charts. A one min chart gets very very compressed and hard to read.

Regarding the ES/NQ H1 intraday charting problems:

There seems to be an issue on the servers here that we are addressing. It will be fixed within a week.
