I know, NAZ has already crashed and nothing has been left un-touched. Still many stocks are trading at high valuation to projected 5 yr % growth rate, which could very well be too high as it is, even after all the selling. I have been using CSCO as my gauge looking for it to stabilize. One by one the biggies will sell down to a level that people feel comfortable with, we are just going to have to wait for that time to happen, and for the bases to be built to remove the remaining weaker hands.

LG...

I wonder if people are associating the comp with the general market, since it is so much more identified with the mania in stocks?

I've read SPX is in a much more precarious position, and could effect the market on a whole, including the compx, adversely if it fails support around the 200 WMA around 1221, don't you think?

Best Regards,

JM

Re Nasdaq Crash Predictions:
Over the years, I've found that Crash predictions, and analysts laying out huge downside possibilities, ie, Harry Dent mentioning 1200 Nasdaq short term as possible, (Friday on CNBC) usually are a signpost of major lows. Hope that's true again this time.
