I've had MSFT as a buy in the 57 range for months. I was surprised when they went to 40, but I took advantage of it. ;-)

I think the PC stocks finished their time in the dog house on Jan. 2-3. Now it's the highflyers' (telecom, storage, security) turn.

If CSCO gets as oversold as DELL and MSFT were at their lows, it'll be an $18-20 stock.
