I believe you should go extract the EXACT QUOTE from the dept. of the treasury. I believe they said they support "a strong dollar" only.

Deranged is a term that could be applied to all those that advocated endless prosperity during the web mania days.
As did the garden of Eden hold an apple as did Rome fall as man is not perfect.

Yet our very method of governing the economy improving all for mankind too is flawed due to man being man.

Bush inherited this mess he did not create it.
