The desktop market is crummy right now, hopefully picks up with new corporate buying 3 years after the 1999 Y2K, and Greenspan extra money float caused buying binge. Also, Windows 2000 is picking up steam and XP may be hot. P4 Northwood, 0.13, Brookdale should be ready for all that. What are still growing (unless that's also stopped, see Sun news yesterday) are servers, and notebooks. Intel has all the advantage over AMD in those. So AMD has a good desktop chip in a rotten desktop market. Yawn.
