rossmrm, I guess it brings us one step closer to having all the bad news out! :^) O.k., after that's done then expectations will have hopefully been sufficiently lowered and any miniscule surprise to the upside will then serve as the positive catalyst we need. I hope...

All the big sh*t houses -MSDW, ML - downgrading today is great news. The last retail investors will be flushed out and put into the houses "safe" investment schemes for high fees and commissions, only to watch what little is left of their cash languish for years while the tech market recovers.
