chojiro, Do the current filings create any concern for those that are long? I can only speak for myself, but they don't create any concern for me. My orientation is strictly very long term, which partly explains my lack of concern. Additionally, I've always felt that insider buying tends to have much more significance than insider selling. How do you think this will effect "informed" investors when(if) they decide to start buying stocks? If they're informed the way I am :), they'll be affected the way I am. I don't take into account market psychology, so my ignorance about the subject is very well documented. --Mike Buckley
