Well, we got MDR down to 12.50 at one point. That's a nice 15% drop. Nice, from my perspective, because I'm entirely short against the box. In essence- they will lose $.05 this 1Q01. Business won't show much improvement til 3Q. The BK now has a mediator (I guess negotiations weren't progressing well enough). They have submitted a Plan to the Court and if it is approved it will be put our for vote. Needs 75% of the claims voting Yes as well as 66% of the number claimants voting Yes. No guarantees and if unsuccessful, it will go to a fall back plan, details of which were unclear to me. I am expecting some more institutional selling since there is no visible improvement near term. Kinda like the GRP CC. I think that under $12, it's OK.
