what makes no business sense to you? Do you LIKE dragging screaming children to the grocery store? Seems like Webvan has substantial revenue, just needs to get it's costs down.. :>) Maybe they will make it up in volume.:)

Who cares if it's a good business? Can you even read a financial statement? This company is going the route of E-Toys. Everybody thinks they are Peter Lynch because they are buying companies they "know and like." What they fail to do is look at the financial statement and realize that these companies cannot exist as they were created. You'd love me too if I were giving your $2 for every $1 I gave you. Bottom line (no pun intended) is that you need to make money to survive.
