ARBA has almost a Billion dollars in debt.

Mogul, that's news to me, the SEC, and the company. It's possible, though highly unlikely, that a janitor at ARBA pulled a fast one with his local bank to secure $1 billion loan on behalf of ARBA without telling the CFO, the SEC, and investors.

ARBA has no debt and I mean zero.
