index p/c moving up, but at some point we will see VIX and p/c's going up while the market gets ready to go over the falls ... selling isn't really hitting all the sectors yet

yes, put buying in index puts has increased, but it's still not at panic levels. not to forget, someone arrogantly SOLD a whole truck load of OEX puts right at the open.
