Hi rob - yes, we all have to make our own decision. However, it helps me [to learn] to understand what is on other people's mind. I didn't understand your post [to scott,] so I asked. I thought you had specific knowledge about the company I was unaware of.

As I ve reiterated my position here many positions. I ve no idea what has transpired behind broadroom's door. I am disappointed that Bob [formerly known as SI Bob has lost his job not of his choosing,] but laying off in dotcoms is nothing new these days. The silver lining is that INSP is biting the bullet. What is the use to please everyone if it cannot stay alive! OTOH, willing to take a ST hit for the LT is one [amongst many] sign that it will survive. INTC ceded its DRAM mkt to the Japanese 2 decades ago. ORCL rebuilt itself after the sale disappointment in the early 90s. I suspect no one was happy about them back then. That doesn't mean INSP is out of the wood, but it does mean the company is doing something. So, I don't know what bad taste it is if it tries to survive when the economy is ratcheting down like we ve never seen before

best, Bosco
