Market going up on Angel's speculation as shorts cover. Don't see new money coming in. Biggest orders still on the sell side.

Sounds to me like they need more small investors to bail out the funds. The managers have to show some type "guru" mentality. My plays are the beaten down pennies with nothing but upside. Forget the rest of the market "biggies" till 3 weeks after April15-then the PE ratios will be fully adjusted.
