If your home drops 20% in value do you sell your home? If no, at what percent drop to you panic and sell your property? I think you get my point, LTB&H works with a little patience.

I live in my home. I dont live in my stock.

Panic sets int when the home value is less than my mortgage. then its best to just live in the house as long as you can without paying the mortage and let them foreclose. I have seen it happen many times over in the early 90's.

I bot QCOM at 190. Still holding since I have no other choice than "HOPE". Its all or nothing now.
