I think the "individual investor" is practically a new phenomena, which is probably why they have not been represented in Washington. There has always been individual investors. . . just never so many. . . and the Individual TRADER is certainly a new phenomenon. But I agree with you that it explains why there hasn't been representation in past years. Just don't lose sight of what burdens regulations can bring and weigh that against their benefits.
