Ben, Before I started the partnership, I used to fly to Asia every year to give speeches to the same folks for moolah. When I complained about jet lag, my friends were very unsympathetic: "He has to work 7 days a year, two of which are spent on an airplane. He complains about flying business class instead of first cabin because the seats on JAL aren't wide enough for his fat patootie. He is forced to socialize with his employers by taking hot baths with beautiful women." They just never understood: the really lucky can suffer, too. <VBG> And sometimes I had to stand my ground and risk the possibility of no future gigs by stating firmly: "I don't eat raw fish or meat."
