Hi rob - it is unlikely. As I ve pointed out, unlike some of you folks, I ve no emotional involvement in the managerial dispute, but since NJ has 20% of the stk, I doubt he can be dislodged. His stmt about a company is not about the stk price [as it was reported here in this thread] has suggested that he has no intention to do so voluntarily. Therefore, probably you ve done the right thing by selling the stk.
