Ex- FED member Wayne Angel did a real dis-service to Fed Chairman Greenspan in saying there is a 60% chance of a rate cut next week. Now, if we don't see it (which we probably won't, according to the talking heads), the market may retreat again. The Telecom sector has some secular problems that will take many, many moons to repair.
